Well, in a bit I'm going to break out an old mattress and finally try standing backflips, and I just finished a decent workout, considering my materials.

I'm really sad, because the weather was supposed to be great here, but it ended up raining overnight, and it's gonna rain again, so everything I was gonna train on is wet and slippery. Fine.... Indoor conditioning it is

Same here, I found some great stuff.

My town is so small littering really isn't a problem.  All I could pick up at the park was a handful of stuff and there was this box with a dead mole in it, or something.  Anyway, a lot of fun ;).  I wish I was in a big city so I could do some stuff with other guys.

I finally got standing backflips down. They aren't pretty, and I really will have to work on form, but I got over the fear!!!   :o

Yay, fear-conquering!

Well, went out and trained anyway at my local schools, brought a towel and dryed off some of the obstacles, worked on my lazy vault and finally got over my fear of concrete rolling, because I finally learned how to tuck my head in
