May 27-29

1 mile run - 7:50
9 hours of soccer practice overall. About 3 hours a day.

No specific parkour movements trained.

May 30, Saturday

First real session at CrossFit:

To be honest, I found really fun. It was a small class, only 7 people (including me), but that can be good, since my trainer could see if everyone's doing all right. So, here's how it went:

1st Round
-21 benchpresses
-21 weighted squats (I don't remember the name, but we had to swing weights)
-burn 21 calories on rower machine
-21 squats w/weighted ball (we had to throw the ball up, then catch it on the way down)

2nd Round
-15 benchpresses
-15 weighted squats (I don't remember the name, but we had to swing weights)
-burn 15 calories on rower machine
-15 squats w/weighted ball (we had to throw the ball up, then catch it on the way down)

3rd Round
-9 benchpresses
-9 weighted squats (I don't remember the name, but we had to swing weights)
-burn 9 calories on rower machine
-9 squats w/weighted ball (we had to throw the ball up, then catch it on the way down)

My overall time was 9:28, coming in second. The one who was first with a time of 7:40, and he's a former Pittsburg Steeler. That's pretty cool.

Next session is next Saturday, at 9:30 or so.

May 31, Sunday

Rest day. No progress, just sore.
