Awesome.  I'm gonna try the heel hang and cat balance extension during my next workout.  I've tried plyo pushups but my feet always slide out from under me when I put my hands on the wall.  Maybe its cuz I'm tall and it's just too much of an angle.  Thanks for the vids!

Notice the slight hollow I maintain throughout the plyo push up. In order to not fall or slip, you have to keep a super tight core. This exercise requires a lot of core strength as well as upper body. Hope that helps.

on the windshield wiper I'm afraid that the twisting motion is gonna make one of my hands slip off... what are the true odds of that actually happening lol, I'm probably just paranoid...

but yea the cat balance extension I've been doing for a long while now... love that one... it's just that the people around where I train are jerks and will randomly come up and push me off of the rail... they think it's funny so I ask them to show me how they do it... at least they try...

start out easy on the windshield wipers. if they are too hard and you can't hold on to the bar or keep your body up high enough, work on the other exercise I posted, knees to elbows.

yea I've actually done that one forever also, my bunk bed is metal and had a gap between the top mattress and the side bar, plenty to get my hands in between, so I do them all of the time
