well you DO burn 2000 caleries while haveing sex..... hypetheticaly........
then my thursday night/friday morning cardio/endurance workout was a good one.

animus light,

as far as northern/southern, i'm not too sure.  it's called shaolin chuan'fa all spelled out.  it focuses on snake, leopard, crane, tiger, and dragon styles.  (with some other ones like monkey thrown in a little bit)

Wasn't even aware that there was a Leopard style.  I'm not all too versed in Shaolin styles, though.  The variants of Kung Fu I've learned are Tay Son/Binh Dinh and Tai'Chi Chuan (which does count as a part of Kung Fu).

Thats wrong.  A normal diet is like 2,000 calories a day.  Thats approximately 5 big macs.  Maybe if you're like crazy monkey people and do 8 hour sessions every day, you could burn off 2,000 calories.  Theres just no way that in a normal 20-40 min session, you're burning off a full day's worth of food.  If I could burn 2,000 calories in 40 min, my parkour workout would consist of a blow up doll and a gallon of vaseline.   Realistically, I've heard it burns as much energy as sprinting up and down 3-4 flights of stairs.  That sounds more reasonable to me.

But aside from my wife assisting me with my own non-2,000 calorie burning workout, I got in a good 30 minutes of DDR on workout mode.  Burned close to 300 calories on that.  (It tells you)  Went Ice skating on yesterday, but my wife can't skate so I just held her up the whole time.  Not much of a workout there.

i ran 3 miles, did pull ups, and took a pre nap nap, a nap, and a post nap nap (saturday and sunday)

Last week, i forgot when exactly i got a pretty big wall run down at our mall (about 13 feet, just before we got banned from it for three months for "jumping off Dillards onto the grass" which is like 60 feet lol)  well, Friday, i did a night bare-foot walk all the way up to this water tower (about 3/4 of a mile with about a tenth of it on just wilderness) and it was awesome. I live kind of like up in the mountains and i just got to look down on the city for a while and the stars on my way back. Then, Saturday, i didnt do too much because i had stayed up all night and watched the sunrise, but i did golf. Finally, Sunday, I practiced my handstands quite a bit and had a little rain session with the springs crew, actually, it was kind of an off day for me.

Chappel Hills, it's a different mall, we all got the ban

Typical situation, so the renta-a-cops, I think, were suprised about how calm and collected we were trhrough the whole process.   :)  If nothing else, Parkour has definately improved my ability to communicate well with the fuzz.

We did pay Tiffany Square another visit last night and it was pretty deserted but we all had a bad feeling and this guy inside was giving us wierd looks so we decided not to wait for trouble to find us and we just moved on.

I was giving him the benefit of a doubt.  My average session lasts about 15-20 min, with min being 5 min and max being 3 hours.  Don't ask.
