Ouch. Same here. It all sucks. But the worse part about spraining it is. You think you think your ready to get up and go train. Until you actually put pressure to jump or land, then you know your now xD

It's on the same day as my friend's birthday party! Maybe I can celebrate by showing off providing some demonstration at the party and see if they get interested. ;D

yeah i sprained it, then like a week later i ran on it hard, then it hurt again and i had to quit track for the rest of the season

I had a similar moment yesterday.  I'm still brainstorming for what i can do in my area.
