Thats when I had to start a new account.  My old one, which was started from day...two?, wouldn't let me log in so it was quickly deleted.  I've also been with these guys back in the old UF days.  But this isn't a competition.  :D

Yes, we've got a gym.  I started working on my techinque by doing flips from a trampoline into a foam pit and progressing to just flipping into the foam pit to flipping on mats and I feel that I'm ready for the next level.

Friday: Narrowly missed grabbing an 11 foot wall on a wallclimb by less then half an inch.  Very frustrating but still blows away my expectations.  Also, did a 6 1/2-7 foot precision to a 4 foot rail precision to another precision back on concreate.  I'll have to get that one on video.

Saterday: Minor training, nothing worth commenting on.

Sunday: Work.

Monday: Work.

Today: Definatly thinking about nailing the front flip, precision work, maybe another stab at that wallclimb.  Although, I'd like to hit up a spot I haven't in a while.

I may have accomplished one of my monthly goals tuesday!  I'll have to go bring a tape measure next time I go.  Vertical jump. Oh yeah.

Wednesday: Worked

Today: Worked, hoping for some night training.

No kidding!

I measured the jump I made.  3 Ft 8 inches.  I've got to hit 3'10" a month from now.

Good work Nem! I should have my jump program finished by the end of this week. I will definitely get it down ASAP as you are a good motivation to do so!

A person who is starved enjoys food more then one who has it available, a person who is thristy apreciated water more then those who own a lake, a traceur desires his movement more when he has been denyed it....  My "vacation" from pk is over.

Its not too likely that anybody reads this anymore, but perhaps this will be saved for posterity *cough cough*.   ;D  Since I've last posted, I've gotten a second (very sweet) job, moved into an apartment, lost internet connect and forgot about Parkour somewhere along the way.  It kinda slowly-yet-surely dropped out of mind, and left me feeling somewhat empty.  I remembered why I took my previous "break" from pk; hoping the lack of movement would strengthen my will to push me further then what my mind was willing to go.  I realize that this wasn't the way to go about progressing.  I could have been greatly injured by doing that.  Very stupid of me.  But enough about that.  I was walking through a park last night and memories of all the good times I've had there came back to me.  Needless to say, I went out and played like I haven't in a good long time.  I am back.

I've got internet back!  Yay.

Had a gym session last night, and really worked the hell out of my rusty techinques.  My abbs burn, my legs still feel wobbly, and theres a spot between my sholder blades that reminds me how sore it is everytime I move.  Needless to say, I feel pretty good!   :)

Landed on a block that was somewhere between 3 and 4 feet tall.  Not on the spring floor either.  I was also dash vaulting that height.  The dashes weren't that bad either.  I'm going to go measure it next time I'm there.

The weather's been in the 60's lately, which is odd.  If it holds till friday, I'm gonna go hit up P.G.P. for an hour or so.

Work has me busting ass everynight but during the day I manage to make myself to situps and pushups.  Not a huge amout, but enough to burn.

Its been forever.

Did some balance practice today.  Worked at that for about half hour.  Did some vault practice.  Turn fault, OHV and one to two hand vaults.

Hopefully, my job will be secure and money won't be a problem and I can train more often.
