...errr hi there...err..ive been a traceur for about 1 week now and have progressed quiet quikely before my acident...but...err.yea.i live in west susssex (storrington(hellp)near worthing and brighton)...so..hi ^^'



btw. is it just me or when you have a injuery that disable's you from parkour, you look around and think "walking is so slow...and boring....and crowded...and i can see good routs to get there in like 2 mins ><'" and after 3 days im so bored i think im gonna die of bordem before the injurry heals ><'
not being able to parkour is SO BORING!!!

Visualization is a good training technique, especially when you can't physically train. Have you tried it at all?
