Biola Parkour and Free Running
« on: March 10, 2009, 07:47:37 PM »
Just wanted to let the community know that this semester I got an official club up and running at Biola University.  Going well, but going slow.  I have had 6 people (max) show up but we had a blast.  I am teaching them how to stretch, train, and perform basic movements.  If anyone with experience in parkour/free running clubs has some advice please feel free to share.

God bless,
Urban Monkey

Hey dude!

My name is Aaron and I'm from a Chicago PK group called the Shock Troopers. This spring break (March 6 - 16) I'm going to be on the BIOLA campus visiting my sister there and I would love to jam with you guys! Is your group still active?
