I've been eating a lot lately.

I have been wanting to eat a lot lately for some reason. I started practicing Parkour about 3 weeks ago.
Would the increase in excercise have anything to do with it?
To me, the true journey in life is to become as strong as you can, mentally and physically, and have fun doing it. That, my friend, is Parkour.

Yeah, it could. When you're training, you're using energy, and your body wants to replace the energy you use. You get energy from food, so that could result in you feeling hungrier.

How (and how much) have you been training? And how much is "a lot" of food?
Just take the next step.A day without a challenge is a wasted day.
