This board is for keeping track of your daily, weekly and monthly training and nutrition. Post a single thread for your individual training journal to keep track of your progress over time and to help more-efficiently set training goals. The title should include your name for easy tracking.

The comment section of the WOD works great for this, but this format allows multiple days to be viewed in one place while also catering to those who can't follow the WOD schedule exactly (i.e. Bubblemaker ;))

I'd like to see posts in both areas, using this spot for breaking down your goals and accomplishments more thoroughly.

So basically a daily training/nutrition/etc blog?
