I was inspired the other day from another video that had this exact same motion to it by Dante (kinganopolis).  Props to him for making an inspirational video.

This is by no means the complete session, just a snipit.

The article has been sent to Mark and it is supposed to be in the Parkour in the News section on the Home Page.  It might be a couple of days.

Hey, so guess what? I just submitted an application to my college (Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego) to start up an official Parkour/Freerunning club! Hopefully it goes through without any issues! Even if it doesn't, we'll still be training on campus anyway and with another group that meets in the area. Needless to say, I'm pumped!

Just in case anyone is wondering, there is still an offer on the table from now to eternity for anyone who wants to learn Parkour.  Today, I just had an awesome beginners training session at the Y.  Let me know and I will come.  We all can learn something from everyone!
