I practice good but i would like to know how you practice. I feel like i am missing something and the point of practice.
Parkour isn't a sport, it's a way of life...

You do the same thing over and over until you know you definately can do it and you're doing it faster/more efficiently than you were before.

Parkour is to find the fastest route because you're trying to escape. Take that mindset to practice. Try to escape. Then try to do it again, but this time, faster.
