JMO's Training Excel Sheet

So in order to keep myself on track easily and to show graphical depictions of my improvements I have developed this basic excel sheet. I would like to share this to anyone that would like to use it, make it better, etc. This has helped my winter training that I do in my room. I just blast the music, exercise and record. I believe its better than a notebook because of the graphic capabilities. Basic Excel experience may be necessary in order to make new graphs or add more columns. This sheet has greatly improved my strength, muscle size, and reduced my blubber. This sheet is ready to go for Feburary though you'll have to get rid of my numbers from January. I left them in to show the graphs.
