i haven't worked out in a while, i just got back into working out thursday.

10lb pullups 2x2
pistols 3x3 right leg, 3x1 left... i failed once i think
tried to do hanging leg raises but failed, i need to get my strength back

handstand pushups 2x3
pistols, same as thursday
i did a hanging leg raise, then the second time i did it halfway 4 times i think
i did extra work on my left leg... i assisted with my arm though since my leg is so weak

edit:I need to get back into parkour, I havent done anything in months.  I just need to get motivated
