I need help with dropping, then rolling.

For landings, start off small like around a foot off the ground and jump off and try to absorb the impact with your quads. Continue to play around with it until there's hardly a sound.

Once you do that train it to muscle memory so whenever your body takes a drop, it automatically absorbs it for you, then you can eventually flow into a roll.

Also, landings should ALWAYS be on the balls of your feet.

As for rolls, the main concept is to roll diagonally across the back of your body.

I suggest starting on mats or on carpet until you feel comfortable doing them.

Once you feel comfortable you can practice a few outside on grass and do a small drop and try to slowly flow your way into it.
