I haven't drilled my rolling in a long time.. Should probably get on that.

The football field thing sounds fun  :)

Rolling is pretty fun, haha. I still need to improve my rolls though.

Well there's not just one way to roll. I'd say everyone's roll is different because everyone's body is different. You need to find a technique that suits you (and do it over both shoulders). The goal is to be able to do it on concrete and not feel a thing.

that roll is fine bro, but the slow mo playback one looks like you need alot of forward momentum, if doping almost straight down it would be a lot xloser in, and tight.

nice though.

you better get on that, i rolled over my right shoulder for my entire life, tryed the left and fell in love with it. :)

Yeah, I'm a right side roller but one time I tried my left side. First try, the roll was absolutely flawless, except for the fact that I slam my shoulder into the ground. But other than that, flawless....

yeah you reminded me. rolling to lessen the impact on your legs from forward momentum(something like that) makes sense but what if you have very little forward momentum and youre basically heading straight down. does rolling still help?
.. so whats the deal?

I actually recommend this video for rolling:

She followed slowly, taking a long time,
as though there were some obstacle in the way;
and yet: as though, once it was overcome,
she would be beyond all walking, and would fly.
