Hey, everybody.  I've decided to joing American Parkour... yay me.

I'm doing this as a new year's resolution.  I learned about parkour a year or so ago by watching some videos on youtube.  Since then I've jumped over a few random rails at my school and called it parkour.  I've decided as my new year's resolution that I want to get serious about parkour.  I won't flatter myself by saying I'm in good shape.  I'm not particularly fat, but I haven't got a lot of muscle either.  I'm fairly tall, 6' 4'', which seems like it might be a disadvantage in parkour, but I'm not gonna use it as an excuse.  Since I'm just starting, and I'm not starting in particularly good shape, I was wonder if there were any suggestions for good workouts to start off with.
