When im eating vegetables like I do every day frequently because im starting my new Parkour diet  ;D Is it O.K. to have some ranch dressing with them or is it a bit too much? ALSO i read that apples and bananas have alot of sugar in them, but what about pure apple juice? one last thing, when doing Parkour which should be stronger, your Upper body or your lower body? THX for answers in advance!
