My running form.
Upper body strength.
After that I feel like all the other barriers are just going to be mental.

Zac:

Quote
Injury/Health:
1) Finish fixing final 5% of elbow pain.
2) Eliminate dysfunctional inflexibility in the upper back
3) Complete final 15-20% of posture correction in hips (currently tilted down a bit too much)
4) Full splits.
5) Correct shoulder posture (linked to #2?)
6) Figure out what's causing burning sensation in instep when I run for longer than 1/4 mile (and fix it).

Would you like help with #2, 3, 4, & 5?
She followed slowly, taking a long time,
as though there were some obstacle in the way;
and yet: as though, once it was overcome,
she would be beyond all walking, and would fly.

Everything, Nuff said  :)
Yea, I recommend actually typing thing out anyway... it just changes the mentality when you actually physically enumerate your goals. I don't care if you already know them in your head. DO IT.  :D

condition indoors a lot, the weather can be downright nasty cold here. make big improvements in pushups and pull ups.

train more altogether, and become more committed to parkour.

train whether my friends can or want to or not.

work on fluidity and combining movements.

In no particular order:

Get a back tuck from the ground
Land a front tuck w/o immediately falling on my a..
Do a back handspring w/o a mat
Learn to walk on my hands
Do dash vaults on non-padded things
Do a muscle-up
Get my 5 rep deadlift to 315
Smooth the transition in my climb-up/pop-vault
Do speed vaults with speed...
Get my rail balance to the point where I can do 20' consitently
Get a 5s human flag w/o having to tuck excessively

I've just started parkour, and i'm amazed, cuz i can already a few basics, and i do them good too!
Right now, i can jump and roll out cleanly, and i can speed vault.
So in the next 3 months....I should...

-Be able to land front flips all the time
-Work on my backflips, get them back(trampoline accident when i was 9, haven't done one ever since...its scary.)
-Be able to Kong vault a table
-Be able to aerial

I want to Kong the most, that looks so awesome, like a beast!  :D

After being in Europe for the last 3 months I am now back in a comfortable place to work out so my goals for the next 3 months are to condition.  I will start out by strengthening my joints for a good while because they got beat down a bit by backpacking.  I will then work on the strength aspect of it.  I am also going to re learn all my vaults starting from a very basic level and slowly working my way you to different situations.

Basically, I plan on training how I should have done when I first started, only took me a few years to realize it...

This thread is awesome...

1. Get those side-splis. (I'm so freaking close!)

2. Run two miles in 17 min. (My endurance still sucks)

3. a) Correct deadlift form
    b) Get a 2x bodyweight deadlift (320)

4. Get a +100# chinup (At +55# now)

5. Start working on weighted Muscle-Ups (Nothing big, maybe around 20# by late January)

6. Get a 160# Squat w/correct form

7. Work on silent landings, rolls, and general precisions. (Last, but certainly not least.)

If I had a spotter you'd probably see some flip goals and their like up here, but... Oh, well. My vaults are going to suffer greatly over this winter, but I will try.

Most of my goals are tricking/rehab related (great combonation I know  :P)

Rehab:
Even out both of my arms (difficult because I hate working only one side)
   in terms of strength/muscular endurance
Get full ROM back in my wrist (about 90% now)
Strengthen wrist to be able to take impact again (full confidence)

Parkour
Get left side rolls back
Relearn muscle memory in my left arm
get a better split foot take off for kongs
figure out how the 360 underbar works fluidly

Tricking
get moon kick gainers back
get standing gainers
learn to no over rotate punch front tucks
learn the corkscrew
improve my disgustingly bad b-kick
learn the b-twist
side summis (sp?)_
double legs
hold steady handstands
multiple back handsprings

Fitness
get 5 consecutive dead hang muscle ups on a bar
get 5 consecutive kipping muscle ups on rings
Continue on my planche progression
Get handstand push ups back
Start lever (front or back haven't decided) progressions
Get a V sit on paralletes

School:
Study for the finals I have tuesday :P
Finish the paper I have due tuesday :P

Its a long list, but I feel like it may be a little more than 3 months but most definitely doable
The day I stop moving is the day I give up on life

:( Kind of the same, my friend and I were trying to get backflips down and the first time I actually fully attempted it, I blanked, forgot to tuck, and landed right on the back of my neck.  Screwed myself so badly up for like two weeks, I don't even know how I got through that without seeing a doctor.

I want to improve on my vaults...all of them.

Increase my balance and over-all jumping ability.

Become more aware of my potential and less aware of what people think

Deadlift 425lbs

Bench press 300lbs

Standing sholder press 180lbs

Full Back Squat 350lbs

88lb Kettlebell press 5 x 5 each arm
