Well you see, techno is just plain awesome to start of with  ;D.  But it also gets the heart pumping faster (since your heart tends to follow the beat of music (at least mine does, that might be kinda strange).  Heart pump faster=more blood flow=less muscle pulls and such.  Oh and plus the fact that techno is just insanely awesome :D.  Really a lot of other music is good too, except for country of course (sorry all you texans  ;) ;D).  Techno just seems to be my favorite :)

Hey, if any of you get the time look up Lemon Demon, they are hilarious and catchy.

Sweet, I'll have to check it out, I'm a big fan of Indie rock, but nothing beats techno ;)

my fav bands to get psyched up to would be NIN(Nine inch nails(dont know why I bothered to abbreviate it when I jsut end up saying it anyways)), Disturbed, Daft Punk, Gorillaz, Drowning Pool, and KORN.  Otherwise I can listen to pretty much anything...even listened to Japanese Rap :) but thats a whole different story.  Ok...Ill tell you anyways, one day I was checking my emails and my friends tells me to purchase(d/l) some music from this guy..he tells me its all good and such so I beleive him  ::)  I didnt know it but it was J-rap, I was all like "WHAT IS THIS?!" and continued to listen to it on loop for the next 1 1/2 hours.
