I(Dylan Halcomb) Clinton Kirkendall and Dylan Wright have been training for about 2 and a half years(1 year seriously.) And Jordan McAdams is about a year in all.

Looks good!

The only criticisms I can think of are that your rolls look like they don't have a whole lot of control (it looks like you guys just kind of collapse into them), and the on your cat leap at 1:20 ish looks like you could be catching yourself more with your legs, but I'm not quite sure.

How long was that second, standing long-jump in the park? That looked crazy far. Then again, mine is at a measly six feet, so... yeah, I'm easily impressed. I like the portions with multiple maneuvers the best, as you guys have some moments with great flow that the one-offs don't show.

Nice! Some impressive flow! You guys just gotta condition more. Your wall ups are at the level of a beginner, and just about the rest of your stuff is at the intermediate and above level. But keep up the training, it's lookin good.

1)The cat-leap:How would you think to improve it?
When I do it, it feels right, but if there is a better technique I am really all ears.

2)Rolls:how do you think we could fix the collapsing?

3)I will have to go back and measure that jump for you, because I am not really sure.
I know it is definitely either really close, or is my max standing percision.

4)Top-outs: We are definitely working on those.
I now have a chin-up bar in the house and I have a rule, everytime I go to the kitchen I owe 10 chin-ups :D

The cat leap may have looked weird just because you had to jump up so high, so I don't think it's a big problem.  For your rolls, think about absorbing more impact with your legs.  Start from the ground and gradually work to higher distances, but practice rolling out of a standing broad jump.  Leap out as far forward as you can, and upon landing don't let your legs bend more than 90 degrees.  Direct the rest of your momentum forward, and dive out into a roll.  It's an advanced technique, but since you guys have been at it for more than a year you can definitely handle it.

Nice idea with the pull up bar! I should do something like that. As for 2). Conditioning will also solve that. The stronger your legs are, the better your landings will be. Lots of box jumps, squats, ankle and shin conditioning, and calf raises.

Bodyweight conditioning will work (and there's nothing "wrong" with it), but weight conditioning will work a lot faster.  If you don't have access to a gym don't sweat it, but if you do I'd recommend taking advantage of it.

Word to the wise, though, MAKE SURE you know proper form for a weighted squat, and follow it to the letter.  There are a lot of great tutorials here, here, and here.  If you're into reading (and learning a lot more), check out Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe (the guy in the last two videos).  It's incredibly helpful not only in learning the movements, but also in constructing a solid beginner's strength program.

Deadlift and curls plus Lat pulls are some good excerises in the weightroom that could benefit you from parkour.

My friend goes to the school gym a bunch and I help spot him.
So when he is resting I curl a whole bunch, and when I wanna change it up I do Lat pulls.

I measured using my body and I am pretty much 6' exactly.

I assume you mean toe-to-heel paces, not actual feet, cuz that's ridiculous ;)

No, like I said I used my body.
I laid down, marked where my head stopped,and layed my feet where my head stopped.

So, it was 1 and almost a 1/2 of me.

And I am exactly 6 feet, recently measured.
