What is the status of my order?

Orders have 3 statuses in our system, as soon as you place it, it is "pending".

As soon as the system receives the payment form Paypal (usually instant) is becomes "Confirmed" - this sets us in action!

Most orders are processed and shipped in two days. Occasionally we run out of a size or color and if the delay is less than 4 days we will not notify you. If it is going to be longer we'll shoot you an email asking if you'd like a different color, size, etc, or you'd like to wait for yours to come in.

When we ship your order, we change the status to "Shipped" - you will receive an email notification at the email you used to place the order.

We ship all orders using US postal mail.

From the time it leaves our door, most US orders arrive in 4-5 business days.

International orders usually take at least 8 business days, usually about 10 business days, and some very rare occasions have shown up after 3 weeks - usually at this point we have shipped out a replacement and the buyer gets two and returns one at our cost.

How do you check the status of the shipment? And by what mode of carrier does it get to mein Hause?
