What is your return / exchange policy?

We are still a very small business. From time to time we screw up, and from time to time our customers change their minds or simply order the wrong size. In any event, we stand behind our products and services 100%.

Items to be returned must be in brand new, unused condition. We ask you to pay the return shipping.

DVD's are not returnable for any reason, please check your equipment and the DVD specs before purchasing.

In a nutshell this is the deal:

If we mess something up, you send it back and we'll replace it for free (as long as it's unworn / unused). Or if there is a quality issue with an item after a short period of use (like for some reason a shirt starts to unravel after you wear it three times) we'll replace it for free.

However if you order the wrong size, we ask you to send us the return and include $5 for shipping out the new item to you - otherwise APK loses money anytime someone orders the wrong size.
