Well, hello there.
« on: November 11, 2008, 02:01:06 PM »
Hey all! I posted in the welcome thread, but I figured I would make my own.

Ok so, I'm 16 and I live in Kansas. The city I live in isn't great for parkour or free running. I can't really get a ride to Topeka or anywhere else just to do this stuff.

I have never done parkour or free running, but I've became interested in it, and I would like to be able to be very good at it by the time I'm 18.

I don't exercise, but I am pretty slim, and I would like to know how I could get motivated to start excersing to get ready for some parkour stuff.

I can probably do push-ups and sit-ups around the house, but how would I do it so that it doesn't seem weird? I mean, I'm kind of just jumping into this. Is there a way to gradually get into this?

I've around the site a little and think this will be the best place to read tutorials and stuff. I could probably do some exercising since the Winter time is coming up, then start doing some simple parkour stuff.
