Actually, his Miranda rights were not infringed upon, as Miranda rights only apply to interrogations. Search and seizure rights WERE violated though. Only when arrested can they search everything on you.

But, regardless, the dud did not follow police protocol, totally went overboard, and should be fired.

What an idiot! Some of the cops these days, they abuse their power SO much. And wow I was laughing a little bit, not because of you but because of Jack Bauer in his stupid tank that got 5 feet of air. WOW I would sue that cop so much...

Welcome to my world dude. I've been handcuffed I think 4 times and to holding twice and never for anything bad. No drugs, no alcohol, no speeding. I did nothing wrong at ALL. Some cops just have power trips like that.

He didn't issue you anything so that's cool, but man if I were you I would make a call to the police station and complain about that man if you got his name or badge number. I don't mind cops but I have met far too many in my life that act like that to stay quiet about it anymore. If a cop ever does something like that to me I get his name and complain. Cops who act like that need to learn they are not God and that we are human beings just like them.

+1 for being respectful, that takes skills under something like that.
Aren't we all running?

I can understand why the teacher was confused, but she didn't have to call the police. I would have definitely reported him.

And ~half a month....... Well anyway. You could make your first posts in the "Welcome!" section of the forum. It's way better place than necro-bumping a five years old thread.
