Upper Body and Endurance training

Actually its more of.... anyone have any tips for upper arm and Endurance training? I'm fine when it comes to leg muscles cause I used to ski and PK/FR but only using my legs.... so mostly running and leaping over objects more than using my upper body to pull my self up over objects. Also Endurance... I run out of energy rather quickly and I'm working on that but it seems like my body is constricting. I can walk about 5 miles (from Kahala to Aina Hina) no problem but jogging is different for me... for me its about 1/2 a mile to 2 miles (from the intersection of Lunalilo Home Road and Hawaii Kai Drive to Kaiser High School on the Hawaii Kai side)

anyone got some tips or exersises for me to work on my upper body and endurance? or even tell me locations that i could probably run around to see how long I can endure and see if I can work on that from there
