Knox 2008 Sampler
« on: October 23, 2008, 05:14:46 PM »
This is my 2008 sampler. I have been doing parkour/freerunning for about 10 months now, it doesn't have as much stuff as I wanted but it does have good clean solid stuff. Also because of the shitty weather and just not wanting to push myself so hard, I didn't feel like waiting another few weeks to work on some moves that i am so close to having like barrel rolls and back fulls and stuff, I think its just way long overdue. please enjoy comments are much appreciated.

that is great for only ten months, just a few questions because this is ridiculously good, 1. How long have you been training. 2. How often do you train and when you do how long do you train for. 3. Did you do anything before parkour or freerunning

if you just randomly decided to pick up the sport ten months ago and hadnt been very athletic then that is just amazing how much you have progressed.

i have been training for about 10 months now, i train almost everyday like 5-7 days/week, and i train for around 3 hours when i go out, yes i have played sports like ice hockey soccer and tennis but i think mainly it is my background in Shaolin Kung fu thats has helped

this is my first video if you want to compare, i dont believe i have progressed too much on my second video because i haven't been able to go the gym much to try new moves, although stuff like rolls have improved.

Act; for the universe will never forget your movement, nor will it ever forgive your stillness.

That whole wall climb segment at about 2:00 was freaking sick!
This post was based off of my personal gatherings. Enjoy:)
