This was labeld the "wost drink in america" this morning on MSN

http://health.msn.com/nutrition/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100219935

Page 3 or 4 for the actual drink. It's funny, 3 of the top 5 worst drinks are from Baskin-Robins.

Too bad most people think some of those drinks are good for you, like Vitamin Water.

What's bad about Vitamin Water?

EDIT: Nevermind, saw this on that "unhealthiest drink" article above.

"Vitamins and water might sound like the ultimate nutritional tag team, but what the label doesn't say is that a bottle of this stuff carries nearly as much sugar and calories as a can of Coke. Makes sense, though, since this so-called functional beverage is produced by our often-sugar-crazy friends at The Coca-Cola Company. "

EDIT again  ;D: But does that make it BAD for you, or just not a good health drink choice?

Maybe this should be in "how to get a full week's worth of food in one sitting", but anyone hear about the Heart Attack Grill? The quadruple bypass burger has over 8000 calories and comes with all you can eat fries. They're fried, of course, in pure lard. Wash it down with one of those shakes and you're all set to wander the desert with no food for a month!

I'm pretty sure consuming this would result in a 28 hour continuous naptime...

I've been really trying to start eating healthy in the last month or so. I admit, I've cheated a few time, but today was my first real sign of progress. I know I made progress today, because that page made me feel ill. Like almost physically ill.
Always keep running. You never know who might be catching you up. Run before you can walk. Push your luck. No one else will push it for you.

i'm not gonna lie, i've had those baco cheese fries (absolutely delicious), and i've always wanted to try one of those 8k cal burgers (or whatever that famous several pound burger was)

i try really hard to eat haelthy but every once in a while, maybe once a month, i like to push the limits and really indulge, it helps me keep cleaner the rest of the month.
