I used google to search in Vancouver, WA. I didn't look at all of them but here is one website. http://www.ngymnastics.com/

Don't know where in NH you are, but I found this one right away:  http://flipzgymnastics.com/open_gym.htm

Here's a list of gyms in NH with website addresses.  Just find the ones close to you, go to their website and see if they have open gym sessions.

Hope this helps.

No Limits A.F.C.

Calgary, Alberta (Canada)

6027 – Centre Street SW
T2H 0C2
(403) 252-5120
info@nolimitsafc.com

A gym made specifically for parkour, classes in martial arts, yoga and general fitness are also part of the schedule.  Drop-in times vary by day but the gym is open every day except for Sunday.  Currently have both introductions to parkour, advanced classes and woman's classes.
Drop in is $10 I believe, membership $120 but with unlimited drop in and free classes of any sort.

Totally an excellent place to practice anything you want, experienced traceurs are always around to lend a hand and everyone is super friendly/easy going.

No open gym in the summer, kids only apparently, and it's in Concord, 30 minutes drive away from laconia.
Looks like I'm screwed. :(

Atlantic Gymnastics
150 Gosling Road Portsmouth,
NH 03801

They have adult classes (aka open gym) every Tuesday night, and its $15

They also have a location in Dover.

10 Progress Drive Dover,
NH 03820

Not sure about open gym or prices.
Weight training alongside parkour always benefits, it never takes away.
