No gloves.

Once you get calluses, you won't even feel the sharp edges.

There is no reason to have a plan B, cause all it does is distract from plan A

Gloves or no gloves, do It the way you want. or you could meet it in the middle. Do that grip tape and wrap your fingers. Its what you like.

As others have said, its a personal choice. However, I would recommend not using gloves. Whenever I have tried them, I had issues with grip on rails and vaults. Your hands will get tougher and grab on better soon enough.

I only train with gloves if its really cold or if I have a really bad cut on my hand.
I'm gonna show you how great I am.

I remember the first time I started climbing, my hands would get shredded like crazy. Though it wasn't fun at first to always have my hands bleeding, they've since become stronger and hardly ever bleed before. My advice, tough it out without gloves first. Trust me, in the long run you'll like it awhole lot better...

For Parkour it's always better to be strong yourself than rely on something else being strong. Tough hands are far more effective than gloves.

However, for some people there may be significant drawbacks to having tough hands. They will be slightly less sensitive (bad for tasks requiring a very accurate sense of touch), they may be less pretty (bad for people that need to conform to society's views on appearance) and also they will obviously be less soft (bad for jobs that need soft hands like massages). Tough hands are more versatile, but for the specialized situations some people might find themselves in they may not be the best option.

I say most of the time dont use gloves, unless you injured your palm or dealing with a wall that resembles a granola bar. Get a thin strip of black cloth and wrap it 3 layers around your palm, this helps to keep the grip. It good to wrap up what's hurting, because you can sometimes lose your grip because your hand suddenly tore up from the wound, and FALL. TO. YOUR. DEATH!!!! Besides that, i think your finger can handle it no problem :)

My mom always wants me to wear a helmet lol
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.
