i started parkouring about three months ago with two of my buddys and so I rarley ever practice by myself, but I love having them there to help because they are a lil better then me

well, i just realized that solo training isn't good for me, when im doing solo training im more self-concious then i would be with fellow traceurs around...........when i was trying to do a wall-spin (please don't chew my ass for that) i always stoped myself with my foot but when im with other ppl doing the same thing it motivates me and i get an adrenaline rush..........
