I'm laughing now, but I won't be when all those things happen to me! At 2:30, the kid was just being wierd, his legs were tucked for the whole time until he realized he wasn't gonna make it. Poor people.

You'll notice that the people who seem too actually be traceurs or free runners actually can control their fall more than those just being stupid.

My family is looking at me strangely because I just spent the last three minutes wincing at my computer.  Some of those falls were pretty intense!

Not to be the heartless uncaring bastard of the group, but what song is that?

Man, that kid who fell from the overhang, then folded over that railing. Ouch. Pain. Reminds me of when I tried a railspring one time.

I did it, all went well, then I freaked out and let go of the bar, somehow thinking if I just stopped, let go, and thought for a minute that I would just hover in the air above the railing until I thought of a way out of my predicament, sadly, this wasn't true...I still remember the odd feeling of my lungs compressing as my back wrapped around the railing.

yes, you can tell the guys who have some training in this video, because they handled their fall much much better than the inexperienced people. this video is a good demonstration of why it is so important to seek the guidance of experienced traceurs when learning this discipline, because obviously most people are not going to just automatically understand how to train right from the beginning!

Totally agree. And it also demonstrated, no matter how experienced you are, people always can mess up.

1:28 makes me never want to do a kong without shin guards, it looked like it tore up his leg somethin fierce. I was surprised at the magnitude of David's wipeout, but he just got up and kept walking. I would've pretended I was dead or something...

at least until everyone walks away. It looked embarrasing, but I suppose it wasn't the first time he bailed. XD
