are you refering to the Yamakasi movie or its sequel (les films de vent) or something like that?

Wow. I just finished watching it - that was a great find.
I strongly advise anyone with an able computer to take the time to download and watch this video/documentary.

I love hearing the French guys talk about it with such passion. It realy show how much we all (including myself) loose in the translation.
Seriously, I need to STFU and run!

Yeah i Know, I hate when people talk about parkour, like it has some sort of philosphy behind it, or like it can be connected to real life sitations. Plus those guys were acting like they were one of the first ones to do parkor or somthing!(sarcasm smiley? sarcasm smiley? where art thou sarcasm smiley??? :P)

A great video, I'd like to watch the Yamakasi movie too.
These guys make me feel like if I'm going to do this, I should do it all the way without half-assed commitments... Maybe I should quit my job move back home and just do parkour all day. :-\

The first time I saw Generation Yamakasi, it completely changed my view of Parkour, and L'Art Du Deplacement. It gave me a new mindset, I began paying attention to the smallest techniques, and had a new view on training in general. It generally made me a much better traceur physically and mentally.
