hay dose any one know any good spots to train in south o possibly by south high b/c i live by there
cant back down, cant give in, never give up and never say die

Uh.. Brown Park on 15th and U is where I did my first elevated backtuck..

and the ball park down the hill from there has some benchs and whatnot..

maybe that'd be some help to you.

HEY! i was recently just out driving around and i  visited SHADOW RIDGE MALL,  it is Located  on Highway 370 and 72nd Street. and OMG there were tons of rails, walls, there was a place with a water fountain that was elevated off the ground, and tons of places to trane. SWEET SPOT!!! check it out and see for yourself.

Hell yeah.
If you're ever in Council Bluffs. I could show you a few other places that are pretty cool.
I just re-discovered another place that I could really get into pretty hardcore.

its an abandoned old grocery store loading dock..
so sick.
