Well, I eat raw meat all the time, including raw pork. However, meat needs to be properly inspected before you can eat it like that. Diseased and dirty meat is a product of corner cutting on behalf of our beloved corporate farming machine, and not a product of good meat and good farming techniques.

Well, you also get sick a lot!

Just teasing. Anyway, hope you've been training hard if I'm good to go by Sept I'll try to make an appearance at a couple jams.

everyone has parasites.  :), no way to avoid it, even if the meat is cooked.  That's why in general, every once in a while i go through a cleans.  It trims my hunger, helps me gain more weight (muscle that is ;)) and feel more energy.  The other thing to consider, once again (i harp on this i know), is that sugar/carbs are particularly yummy to parasites.  Anyway, going and getting a good parasite cleans from a reputable company really helps.  Get bugs to eat bugs you might say.

yes, it is true, if you have worms it will make you crave sugar and carbs. that is supposed to be one of the signs to alert you that you might be infested.

make sure you cook those lions before eating them so you don't get trichinosis.
