The first parkour class at The Spot Bouldering Gym took place on Saturday, September 16th and was a huge success. Led by Demon and kannagasai, fourteen participants showed up to take part in a mix of parkour specific conditioning, drills, and techniques. For the first class, the focus was on landings and rolls including full technique breakdowns, drills, conditioning, and integrating them with other movements. Everyone had great enthusiasm and did very well. It was a great start to the classes and they will continue to grow.
