I was on Maxim Radio in New York yesterday. It was about a 20 minute segment on Parkour with the hosts el Covino, Rich and Sami J-  on Sirius Satelite Channel 108 at around 11:30 AM. Rich, Coveno, and Sami are awesome guys, it was a lot of fun. I think the piece went pretty well, they didn't try to over-hype, and actually lety me explain that it's not "extreme" and the difference between Parkour and  Free Running . I also got to briefly expound on the dangers of Parkour and alcohol mixed ;) I also bumped into the man himself, Howard Stern, but he looked busy so I didn't want to bust in and grab autographs for my friends.
