Skipper and Travis Win Commercial Contest

Skipper and Travis of The Tribe are at it again! Over the summer, Skipper came across a fun little video contest for Chevy Chase Nissan in Bethesda, MD. The contest was to make a 30-second commercial for the dealership, and enter it into one of three rounds between late May 2012, and late November 2012. Skipper, using his talents of video production, and his knowledge of the use of Freerunning in commercials, has been waiting for an opportunity like this since he picked up his first camera. A few months of storyboarding, a couple production meetings, finding someone to let him borrow a Nissan 350z, and several long nights of planning schematics, all boiled down to one, very well planned half-day of filming. Once the footage was captured, he had less than a week to edit, master, and export his very confident entry into the Chevy Chase Nissan Amateur Video Contest. He was able to win his entry round, and be submitted into the finals. Then one morning in late December, it was official. Skipper and Travis took home the Gold! The prize? A brand-spankin' new 2013 Nissan Versa!

Congrats to The Tribe for combining what they love (Parkour, Freerunning, Video Production, Winning Cars, Etc) to produce such a cool commercial!
