(for absolute beginners and first-timers)
From day one you’ll be moving over, across, under and through various obstacles! Through this 4-week course, you’ll be safely introduced to the basic movements of parkour such as landing, rolling, vaulting and climbing, all while naturally building strength, speed, stamina and balance in a safe environment.
The first two weeks are spent with other beginners, building quality of movement and gaining a good understanding of Parkour in a team-based environment. The following two weeks are spent integrated with more experienced students but at a scaled level and intensity that’s fun and challenging for each individual.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00pm – 8:00pm OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00pm – 8:00pm
The 4-week Foundations Course includes 12 classes and costs $90.00.
