The parkour community has always been the essence of peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. When someone felt like he or she had a movement under control, up went a tutorial, and thousands of other budding traceurs and freerunners had some instant help with that tough kong vault or back flip. Over the years, American Parkour has been striving to keep a comprehensive and informative stable of tutorials, exercises, and examples. Now, we’re calling out to you, the community, to help us update and expand our library of information! We’re looking for Tutorials, Exercise Demos, and entries in our Parkour Visual Dictionary, and if we use your content, you’ll get hooked up with APK gear! Read more for details
