Lazy Vault

A lazy vault is when you approach an obstacle from an angle, lifting your inside (closer to the object) foot first, placing your inside hand on the object. As you pass over the object, you are in a fairly reclined position. For a wider object it may be necessary to "pass" to your outside hand on the object for extra push. The Lazy Vault fits in the category Passement.
